LA Lift®

The hibernating nature of winter allows for your face to heal while you cozy up to the fireplace. Besides the never-ending parade of party photo booths, the season is also a practical time of year to have an LA Lift®. We find, a lot of our patients take extended vacation right around the holidays.

This not only provides patients with a good excuse to be away from work, but it also is the perfect amount of time to rest from an LA Lift®.

Who’s that person in the mirror?  Is it time to turn back the clock?  Choose Dr. Wyatt To’s LA Lift®, a true facelift, to rewind wrinkles and recognize a new you.

What is an LA Lift®?

Dr. To’s LA Lift® is a true facelift performed in our Frederick office.

How is the LA Lift® different from other facelifts?

The LA Lift® is performed under local anesthesia (LA = local anesthesia) and minimizes risk to you.  Your recovery will be faster, and it will be easier for you to get clearance from your primary care physician for this procedure.

What areas of the face does the LA Lift® improve?

  • Temples
  • Cheeks
  • Jawline
  • Jowls
  • Neck

How much downtime will I have from an LA Lift®?

Most people plan for 1-2 weeks downtime.  If you have a low impact job (desk or computer work) that doesn’t involve bending, lifting or straining you may be able to resume work after one and a half weeks.  If you participate in cardiovascular exercise or weight-lifting, plan to take a break from these activities for 3-4 weeks after surgery.

How long does an LA Lift® last?

Longevity of results truly depends on your lifestyle and genetics.  Safe sun habits, daily use of 30 SPF, and a good diet/exercise routine will extend the lifespan of your LA Lift®.  Most results last 7-10 years.
