Microneedling is a process called ‘collagen induction therapy’ and causes your own skin to immediately begin to repair itself, build collagen, and become rejuvenated. We use the Bellus Medical SkinPen, the first-ever cleared by the FDA.
Microneedling with VAMP™ involves using fine, medical-grade needles to create microchannels in the skin, triggering a natural healing response that boosts collagen and elastin production. During this process, a nutrient-rich cocktail of PDRN (Polydeoxyribonucleotides), vitamins, amino acids, and minerals is infused into the skin to accelerate repair, enhance hydration, and improve texture and tone.

Your Microneedling with VAMP™ session will be performed by Jessie Mallalieu, our skilled Physician Assistant. You’ll also meet with one of our friendly Medical Assistants to guide you through the pre-treatment preparations.
Before your Microneedling with VAMP™ treatment, we apply a topical numbing cream to keep you comfortable. During the procedure, most patients feel only a gentle vibration or light prickling sensation as the device glides over the skin. Thanks to the numbing, the treatment is usually very well tolerated, with minimal discomfort.
After treatment, you may experience mild redness or sensitivity for 24-48 hours, similar to a mild sunburn. Over the next few weeks, your skin becomes visibly smoother, plumper, and more radiant as collagen renewal continues. For best results, a series of 2-3 sessions spaced 4-6 weeks apart is recommended.
